You Didn't Have To Stoop So Low

Reminds me so fucking much of that asshole ex of mine.. I can relate to every aspect of this song and it hurts to think that I let myself be drug through all the crap he gave me. "But I'll admit that I was glad it's over" Now I'm glad he's just somebody I used to know. So done with his crap.

"Somebody That I Used To Know"
(Goyte, feat. Kimbra)

[Gotye:]
Now and then I think of when we were together
Like when you said you felt so happy you could die
Told myself that you were right for me
But felt so lonely in your company
But that was love and it's an ache I still remember

You can get addicted to a certain kind of sadness
Like resignation to the end, always the end
So when we found that we could not make sense
Well you said that we would still be friends
But I'll admit that I was glad it was over

But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened and that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger and that feels so rough
No you didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records and then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

Now you're just somebody that I used to know
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

[Kimbra:]
Now and then I think of all the times you screwed me over
But had me believing it was always something that I'd done
But I don't wanna live that way
Reading into every word you say
You said that you could let it go
And I wouldn't catch you hung up on somebody that you used to know

[Gotye:]
But you didn't have to cut me off
Make out like it never happened and that we were nothing
And I don't even need your love
But you treat me like a stranger and that feels so rough
And you didn't have to stoop so low
Have your friends collect your records and then change your number
I guess that I don't need that though
Now you're just somebody that I used to know

[x2]
Somebody
(I used to know)
Somebody
(Now you're just somebody that I used to know)

(I used to know)
(That I used to know)
(I used to know)
Somebody

Crumbling Punchline

A Clue A clue!!!
Had a weird dream last night, it has to be written so I won't ever lose it, cause it was almost epic..

I was with Joe, we'd just fucked the night before. And he got up to take a piss and as he was coming back in I had just gotten up to get dressed and he says "I remember once when I was a kid telling my mom something along the lines of 'I have to poop because my poop is so big and healthy it's like the foundation and if I don't go the toilet will surely crumble and fall like this punchline'"

I was like wtf dude, laughed my ass off a minute then continued to get dressed.

Tierra, my bestest. I don't really ever talk to anyone else for any significant period of time, but I could chat with her all day long.

If you had the opportunity to know everything about the person you love, would you take it? Or would you avoid the possibility of getting hurt?

I wouldn't want to know all about the person I love, not from fear of being hurt, but because part of the joy of being with, and loving someone, is learning more and more about them as the years go by. I personally feel like it would make things very boring to know everything about a person.

Is there any book you can read over and over again without ever getting sick of it? Do you discover something new every time you read it?

Son of the Shadows by Juliet Marillier. I love that book more then any other book I've read so far in my life.
And now I want to read it. Lol.
